Pre employment Training
Our pre-employment training programmes provide learners with the opportunity to enhance their skills to secure a job or progress into work-based training. Pre-employment programmes can add real value and motivate a individuals to kick start their career, with particular confidence and motivational training techniques, tailored career guidance and job hunting techniques.
Using inspirational training techniques, we work collaboratively with organisations and governments to design a personal action plan that supports learners towards their career goals.
Our training is supplemented with a range of short courses that include confidence building, stress management, time management, communication and presentation skills, workplace behaviour and collaborative working. Coaching and mentoring support is provided alongside the study element.
90% of our candidates retain employment with our placement companies. Nationally, we trained over 1100 people last year.
